“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

I Miss Performing, part 2

Like the rest of the world, I'm getting tired of the covid-19 lockdown.  I see the need for it, I'm complying with the various mandates, and I'm glad to see Maine, at least taking a logical, sequential  and flexible approach to reopening, but everybody, there's a lot I miss: going to church, seeing friends, teaching students face-to-face, and of course, doing shows.  Since many of our venues are especially high risk settings (jails, nursing homes, hospitals ) I'm not sure when our schedule will return to normal.  It, too, will probably happen sequentially and with a lot of flexibility.

So I've used the time I'd be doing shows to accomplish other ministry related things.  I've been working on new material, and even more so, bringing older routines off the shelf and improving them to make them more effective in the .  We've continued to make videos that are up on my facebook, Sue's facebook, our church's and our school's facebooks.  They have had 200+ views, including people I haven't seen since high school, my old juggling partner from South Carolina (1984-85) and friends from Uganda and Paraguay.  These certainly don't have the feel of a show for me or the audience, but it's nice to see they're being viewed.

I've also published my third book of blogs "My Best Days" as well as added a new album to the gallery section of this website.  I've tried to stay productive, but it's not the same.  I hope to see you ar a show near you soon!
