One of the perks of working at a Christian school is the opportunity to juggle at various school functions. For the last several years the school talent show has been a fixture. Of,our calendar, but this year it was left off the schedule.  When some of the high school students realized this, they set about to organize it themselves.  Kudos to Zeb, Brandon and Drew for stepping up.

It was a fun evening of entertainment ranging from original electronic music by an 18 year old senior to a dance routine by three eight year old girls.  I was blessed to be part of the evening. I did Around the World and then my three ring routine to the Soweto Gospel Choir's "Zanele".  I used these two juggling routines to remind the middle class Christian school crowd of world hunger and the need to be Christ's hands and feet to the poor.  I wondered if it was out of place at an upbeat school function, but I recieved a lot of encouragement when the show was over that I did the right thing.
