On Friday, we brought the senior high campers from Baptist Park to do a visit at the Caribou Nursing Home.  The teens learned songs, magic tricks, played flute, and piano, and made cards to give out to the residents.  It was a beautiful way to end a terrific week of camp.  The elderly residents of the nursing home sang along to hymns, played with the pet rabbit that was magically produced from an empty box, and talked with the young people.  Rose and I performed our Jonah and the whale routine which was very well received.

The highlight for me was meeting a married couple who had recently celebrated their 72nd anniversary!  They were married in 1940, before the outbreak of World War Two.  Now that's commitment.
