“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

WCA Elementary Chapel

Every school year, our middle school juggling troupe does a chapel service for our elementary school.  This year's chapel show was this morning, and it may have been the best LOL show ever.  Not just this school year... EVER.  First of all, the audience loved it, which itself says a lot, because many of our students have seen LOL several times over the years.

Of course, the audience wouldn't have been so enthused if the performers hadn't been spot on virtually all morning.  We did our first team juggling routine of the year, and it was outstanding.  Joey and Erik did tricks with rings together that was as good as any partner ring work any of my students have ever done.  Not to be outdone, Seth and Tanner did things with partner diabolo unlike anything I've ever seen from any of my students.  I even got involved when I did a spinning plate routine with Amanda.

We did several other things for the first time.  Matt cracked rings out of Tanner's juggling pattern with his bullwhip, Makayla produced Hannah, the magic chicken from a fiery pan (see my blog "Hannah, the Magic Chicken"), and Noah jumped rope on his pogo stick.  Several students juggled for the first time in a show.  But my favorite part was our finale.  Brandon played guitar while eight classmates sang "Deck the Halls".  But this was no traditional rendition of the Christmas classic.  It included triangles, whistles, bicycle horns, squeaky hammers, popping balloons, and vuvuzela horns.  Tanner shook jingle bells that were attached to his rear end.  It was hysterical!

Again I realize what a blessing it is to work with these high energy, creative young people.
