“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

25th Anniversary

Yesterday Sue and I celebrated our silver wedding anniversary. After church we had a service where we renewed our vows, then a meal in the fellowship hall with many of our friends and family. We appreciate all those who came and celebrated with us. Many people gave money for the homeless shelter we visited on the Crow reservation last spring; we received over $600!

25 years is a significant milestone in a marriage. As so many others have said before me, it seems like yesterday we were getting married, and at the same time, it seems like we've always been married. We were so young and idealistic on our wedding day. I was unemployed, but we trusted God to provide an income. this drove our parents crazy, as it would us if it were our girls today. now we look back at a quarter of a century, and see that Jesus provided everything we needed every day.

God has provided us with three wonderful, believing daughters when doctors told us we couldn't have children. He provided us with income enough to always pay our bills every month. He provided us with a wonderful church right here in our own hometown of Bridgton. He has provided us with everything we have needed to keep our ministry going every month of every year we havebeen together. He has provided us the money we have needed to get to our shows, whether in Maine or Mexico; South Portland or South America. He has provided us more happiness in our home than we ever thought possible.

Sue is an amazing woman who has been a terrific helpmate in our family and when we've been on the road with our ministry. Her artistic skills are a perfect compliment to my performing arts, and she has always been supportive of any ideas I've had, while at the same time objective and honest in her critiques.

We never imagined how the first 25 years of our marriage would unfold. It has been exciting and unpredictable, but that is the adventure of following Jesus together.
