“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

Paraguay, 2013

We have been invited to juggle in Paraguay, South America in August of 2013.  It has been two years since our mission trip to the Crow reservation in Montana, and six years since our last foreign mission trip - not including various trips into Canada.  The timing seems right for Paraguay for several reasons.  Our friends, the Broughers have invited us down, and next August is a time works well for their church planting mission.  Rose will be 11 then, and this is about the age our older girls were when they experienced two trips to South America.  These trips were life changing for both of them, and they learned and grew in ways that simplywouldn't have happened otherwise.  Also, it allows us plenty of time to raise funds for the trip.

We don't know much about Paraguay, but the Broughers tell us that it has what is considered by the UN to be the most corrupt government in all of Latin America.  Now that's saying something!  Paraguay is poor and the people, we are told, have accepted this as their lot in life... they feel defeated.  We would love to have the opportunity to bring joy, laughter and smiles to any people we will encounter while we're there, as well as share with them the One who brings true and eternal joy to those who recieve His unconditional grace.

Anyone who reads this blog and wants to support us with your prayers, we thank you.  You can pray for effectiveness in our ministry while we're there, safe travel, and for the funds we will need.  I estimate $5000 to be our goal.  If you are in a position where you can help support the trip financially, we would appreciate that very much as well.  anything you give would go directly toward our trip.  You could make checks out to;
