Recently the North Baldwin (Maine) Baptis Churh had a special Saturday outreach that included a bounce house for kids, a cookout, special music, and a show by the Supreme Court Jester: that would be me.

I did an hour show for an audience that was larger than expected.  The show included some standards, such as "When the Saints Come Marching In" "Jesus is Victor" and "Why Worry" along with some lesser used routines such as "The Pom Pom Stick (My first magic show)" and "Money Magic" which I closed with.  The highlight of the show, however, was when I invited a former student, Shannon, on stage to show her juggling skills. Shannon was there helping her parents with the event. She was in my daughter, Jona-Lynn's, class.  After all these years, she's still got it.

After the show, during the cookout, I was told that several of the people present were first time visitors to the chiurch, and one family was new to the area and looking for an area church.  It's nice to know that the event bore some fruit.
