Two years after LOL was first scheduled to do a Sunday service at  Gorham, Maine's Little Falls Baptist Church, LOL finally got to actually perform for this wonderful, supportive congregation.  And the teens and twens of LOL rose to the occaision of their first Sunday church service show with our current line-up.  It was the best show of the year.

Our biggest challenge was th fact that five of our 17 tudents were unable to attend.  Although this is not uncommon for shows that are not on school time, but five is an unusually high amount to be missing all from one show.  But those who had to fill in stpped up perfectly.  Jake played the victim in "th Good Nerd" without any rehearsal at all.  Dillon played the groom in "Me" and Caleb filled in in "I Want to Know What Love Is" also with minimal rehearsal, and they were excellent.

With the substitutions going so well, it would be easy to overlook the fine performances of those playing their regular parts.  Elana was pefect with her machete juggling, Gracie and Elly were spot on with the rabbit production, and the entire cast of "The Prodigal Juggler" outdid themselves.

The congregation was as enthusiastic of an audience as anyone could ask for.  The laughed, applauded, participated and some even cried as we moved into ur more serios routines.  Thank you, Pastor Tony for welcoming us back, and for a generous offering that, if covid allows, will help us wth our annual spring trip to Vermont.
