“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

Bella Point, Fryeburg

Fryeburg, Maine is home to our state's largest fair, always held the first week of October.  Since the fair is shut down this year due to the corona virus, the activites director of Bella Point, a local rehab facility, has tried to schedule fair themed activities this fall.  Consequently, they had me back just about a month since the last time I was there. Also, due to the policies regrding the virus, the show was outdoors.

Performing outdoors has it's drawbacks.  It was a windy day, so juggling was a challenge.  Also, I had to weigh down lighter magic props on their tables until it was time to use them.  Furthermore, the angle of the sun was such that I had to angle myself toward the audience when juggling so I didn't lose anything in the sun.

On the otherhand, there's also perks to working outside.  First of all, there's no pesky ceilings to limit how high I can throw when juggling.  This is especially a benefit with my diabolo routine.  I did multiple high throws, and nailed the whip catch, which I don't often dare attempt, so that had me feeling good.

Also, outdoor shows all for fire juggling, and I took advantage of this with both flaming devil sticks and flaming diabolo.

But the best part of this outdoor show was that it was a beautiful early autumn day.  It was 60 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, and just enough color in the leaves that it made a beautiful backdrop.  And the audience was very welcoming; even if it wasn't exactly the Fryeburg Fair.
