“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

Mineral Spring Health Care

Yesterday, Rose, Sue and I went to this assisted living / nursing care facility in Conway, NH.  It was nice that all three of us could do this one together, and, as it turned out, this was our last gig of this school year's February break.  Tonight's gig at the Auburn AC Church has been postponed a week due to snow.

Back to our show in Conway yesterday, Mineral Springs may be the nicest facility of its kind we go to in the course of our year.  The architecture is stunning, there's an indoor courtyard where we perform, with beautifully high ceilings... always a benefit when juggling.  We continue to perform many of our newer routines like the Rich Young Ruler, the Three Crosses, and the Grass of the Field.  Overall, the show went well, although six shows in five days was starting to catch up with me and some of my juggling was not as sharp as I'd like.

After the show, many of the residents came up and thanked us.  One lady was proud to tell us she was a Christian, specifically a 7th Day Adventist.  There was a time when this denomination was a bit isolationist... that is, taught that they were the only church who knew the truth.  Knowing some younger 7th Day Adventists, I know that is changing, but it was nice to see an older member of this church thinking and talking ecumenically.

Please pray for our senior citizens, especially those who no longer live in their own homes.  Smile at them when you see them, listen patiently to their stories, and learn from their years of experiences.  They are a treasure.
