Eph. 6:19

Sep 04 2011

"Pray also for me, so that when I speak, a message may be given to me to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel."  Eph. 6:19.

This was part of the Scripture read in our church service today, although it was not the passage the pastor focused on in his preaching.  It jumped out at me, though, because I need  your prayers each time I go out with our ministry.  This weekend, for example, we're in an assisted care home and a church, and both settings are unique and very different from each other.  It is important to me, and it's just plain important, that, when I speak, a message may be given to me to make known... the mystery of the Gospel.  Oh, and I need to be able to do it with boldness, confidence, clarity and accuracy.  I try to pray for each show as they approach, and I don't take handling Scripture lightly, all the more due to the medium we use.

We need your help.  Pray also for me.
