“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

LOL at Riverview Psychiatric Hospital

Yesterday, my student jugglers performed a service at Riverview Psychiatric Hospital in Augusta.  This is a regular venue for both my students (every fall), and myself (every winter).  Our friend, James Weathersbee, is the chaplain there, and it's always a highlight for my students to get to know him.

The show went very smoothly for our second show of the year.  Erik did an amazing diabolo solo that even included two diabolos simultaneously.  A mime routine called "I Want To Know What Love Is" was very powerful, and moved some in the audience to tears.

As is often the case, though, the best part of the experience was after the show, when the kids and the patients and staff had a chance to mingle.  One of the clients was a deaf man, and I have two students who sign.  They had an opportunity to speak to him, and he told them how much he was blessed by our team's smiles!  What a compliment.  At another point, I looked up and saw two of our students laying hands on a client and praying for her.  It was beautiful to witness.

The team is growing in their talents and their ability to minister.  I believe the Lord will use these kids in a big way.  I suppose He may already have yesterday in Augusta.
